Clock Off

  • Users are now able to clock off any Work Order they may be clocked into on the Mobile App.  

Recap

  • Added a Customer Signature Date Stamp to Recap PDF

  • The Settings were updated on the Company Page of Softbase to control option of what can print on a Recap in the Mobile App.  

  • Added an option on the Mobile App Side menu to allow a user to print a recap for a Work Order that is not dispatched to them currently.  

  • Fixed an issue where the disclaimer would print lower than necessary, causing unnecessary paging for the recap document

Date Time Parsing Failures

  • The Date Time logic was updated for non US Regions to ensure it worked properly in all instances of the Mobile App that deal with Start and End Times for Labor records.  

Emails

  • Added Ship To Email Addresses to the email selection list for all relevant pages

    • This uses the Ship To customer number on the relevant Work Order

Labor Time Card

  • Updated the Labor Time card to only return the actual hours a Technician had worked.  

Work Order Images

  • PDF Documents can now be displayed on the Mobile App

  • Users are now able to delete images and attached documents from the Mobile App

Work Order Page

  • Increased button sizes on Work Order Panels to make clicking on them easier, such as the Map Button.  

  • The Customer Phone will now be a Phone Link to allow users to click and call from mobile devices.  

Part Quantity Input

  • Fixed an issue on Android where the Part QTY box entry could have an invisible value

Dispatch Page

  • In Evolution 4.82 a Dispatch Grouping option was added to allow users to choose the color of the cards in the Grouping on the Dispatch Page.  

Go Offline Button

  • Added Go Offline Button to Flyout Menu

Equipment History Search

  • Resolved an issue that would display "No Unit" on the Work Order returned incorrectly.   

Login Process

  • The Remember Me will now default the password from the previous login when directed to the Login Page on the Mobile App

  • Evolution Users will be able to set the user to require a password change on the next login for Technicians Accounts using the Mobile App

Activities

  • Evolution Users with the Activity Module turned on will be able to allow Technicians to send in Activities to Request Parts and Request a Quote to be created.  

    • Part Request Activity - available from the parts tab on the WO page with the new request parts button

    • Quote Needed Activity - available from the additional work popup from the WO page with the new add activity button
