Microsoft Access is a separate Microsoft application and is not part of the Softbase software platform.
While some customers choose to use Microsoft Access to connect to the database and build their own reports, this is considered a third-party tool.
Because of that, configuration, functionality, or troubleshooting related to Microsoft Access itself falls outside the scope of our product support.
Our support team is able to assist with questions related to the data available in our database or general database connectivity, but we’re unable to provide support for Microsoft Access queries, reports, or setup.
If you need assistance with Microsoft Access, we recommend contacting Microsoft support or consulting internal resources familiar with that application.
