Issues Resolved


AP Payment

  • The Status/Approval tab was updated to address an issue where the due date cutoff filter was displaying records outside the specified date.

AR Inquiry

  • The issue that caused users to view the attached invoice using an incorrect report version has been resolved. Users will now see the correct invoice report version when selecting multiple invoices to print and email.

Invoicing

  • The issue that was preventing users from seeing a part on the Invoice report due to a warehouse no longer being setup in the system has been fixed.

Credit Approval

  • The issue that was allowing users to deny credit on invoices with a dollar amount greater than 0 has been fixed.

Reports

  • The Profit and Loss - 12 Month Trend report within the Financial group is now sorting by Account #.

  • The PM List by Due Date by BR w/parts by Tech report within the Service group has been fixed due to an issue when grouping by Ship To under Technician.



Enhancements


AP Payment 

  • The Status/Approval tab has been updated:

  • The Authorized Amount box has been suppressed when the Apply to AP Invoice selected to pay has multiple AP Invoices selected to pay that are Journal Entry Types.

  • The Authorized Amount box is displayed when only one AP Invoice that is a type of Journal is selected to pay.

  • The logic for Entry Type: Voucher remains the same.

Equipment

  • The Accumulated Depreciation value is now displayed to the right of the Depreciation Expense label. This value is calculated as the sum of all the GL Detail records for Depreciation listed in the grid.

AR Statement

  • The Send option in the AR Statement preview and the Email functionality have been updated. The Email Address field will now default to the Statement Email. If the Statement Email is not provided, the system will use the Invoice Email Address instead. 

  • The Email functionality has been updated to prevent users from seeing errors when an incorrect email is detected in the Email Background Job process. Additionally, users will be prompted with an error displaying the Customer + Emails that failed: The To Email Address is not a valid email address. Unable to send the email.

  • An email log will be tracked in the system when the Email functionality fails for some reason.

Invoicing

  • Users can now see a new column called “Control #” in the Rental tab grid. This allows them to view both the Control # and Unit # of the added Serial #. Additionally, users can sort the Control # column in ascending or descending order.

Reports

  • The Sales By Department Date Range Report within the Sales group has been updated to retrieve the correct data.

Roles

  • Data Access Permissions for all new OData endpoints  has been provided:

    • Profit and Loss

    • Balance Sheet
