Issues Resolved
AR Statement
The statement report has been updated to resolve issues that were causing invoices to be grouped under incorrect month headings. Additionally, the "Age" and "Past Due" columns now display the correct values.”
Journal Entry
An issue that users were facing when trying to post a journal with the Out Of Balance permission activated has been corrected.
Invoicing
The issue that was keeping the data of the previous document when using the Recent Document selector has been fixed.
Parts
Inventory Count - An issue in the Single Bin Entry tab when sorting by Bin has been fixed. The Print Count Sheet will not consider case sensitivity when printing the report.
Print Final Invoice
A rounding issue in the hours in the TMHU export file has been addressed.
Enhancements
The search modals: Chart of Account, Customer, Vendor, Equipment, Parts, and Purchase Order have been improved for better visualization when scrolling and the action buttons were moved to the top right.
AP Payment
The changes made in AP Payment to handle Journals as entry type has been rolled back.
AP Inquiry
The number of records retrieved in a search has been increased, allowing users to view all matches that meet the specified criteria.
Activity
The activity name for activities created by the "New Quote or WO" rule has been updated to display the document # as a hyperlink, allowing easier access to a different tab when clicking on it.
Users can change the status of an activity directly from the grid without needing to access the activity details. By clicking on the status, they can select the desired option from a list of available statuses.
Users can see only those activities assigned to the logged user and are not completed upon accessing the Activity system.
The Advanced Filter section has been updated:
Date filter will not default to a specific date range.
Upon accessing the Advanced Filter section users will see by default his/her activities and not completed ones.
A new filter was added: Activity Trigger Name. By using this filter, users can see activities created by a specific rule.
- The “New Quote or WO” rule has been updated to allow users to set up the rule by branch(es).
Users can see the rule as a template. By clicking on the Gear option they can set up the rule using the template.
New rules will be created as a child of the template.
The new rules can be edited or deleted in case it is needed.
The new activities created by the new rules setup, will use the details the child rule has specified.
Journal Entry
The process for creating depreciation journal entries has been improved to address performance issues when generating journal details. Additionally, the posting function has been updated to support posting more than 500 entries.
Roles
New permissions have been added to the Technician Permission group:
Delete Equipment Documents under the Technician Doc Center folder.
Invoice Documents under Technician Invoicing Functions Folder.
PayJunction
CustomerId field was updated to allow up to 50 characters in the CCTransaction table.
