How to Add a Part Cross Reference

1. General > Parts

2. Click "Setup"

3. Click "User Cross Reference"

4. Enter master part number.

5. Enter part number to use as a cross reference.

6. Enter part description.

7. Click Add.

8. To make a change to the description, select the cross reference.

9. Edit description.

10. Tab off of field to complete description.

11. Click "Update"

To edit one of the part numbers, you will need to delete the cross reference and create a new one.
