Enhancement 

Customer Search

  • Users can now double-click a record in the grid to open it in the form. This update applies to all areas of the product that utilize this modal.


Advanced Equipment Search

  • The sorting for the PM column in the Advanced Equipment Search modal has been updated to sort the values alphanumerically and chronologically.


Equipment

  • The Acquisition Cost parameter logic was updated to write the new cost after the unit is received in a Purchase Order. The new value is the result of: current acquisition cost + (equipment PO detail cost * conversion rate). 


Purchase Order

  • A new parameter was added to the Equipment tab to allow users to specify Currency Conversion Date. The parameter will be used to specify the Conversion Rate needed when calculating the Acquisition Cost of Equipment. 

  • Internal and Vendor PO reports are now displaying the name: PO + PO# when they are downloaded or sent by email as attachments.

  • The Warehouse field under the Parts tab is now disabled once the part is added to the purchase order. 


Invoicing

  • Various optimizations have been made to modals across the Invoicing system to resolve slowness issues experienced by users when typing in fields.

  • Users can see the text “Recv'd" along with the PO # in a Misc record once it has been received from a purchaser order.

  • The Close Invoice function was enhanced to:

    • Control posting actions to inactive accounts. Users will be prompted with a message: Account # Inactive and the process will be canceled.

    • Stop the close process if the user is trying to invoice a part that is not in inventory. Users will be prompted with the message: At least one of the parts you are trying to sell is not in Inventory. Unable to close the invoice.

    • Update the On Hand Qty property for a part that was removed and is added back to the Inventory and the user tries to invoice the reversed document associated with it.


CRM

  • The Lead Import function has been aligned to the same logic we run when creating leads manually.


Reports

  • The AP Check Register report under the AP group has been enhanced to take into account Customer Manual Checks that were built in the Manual Check function.

  • The ACH Remittance report under the AP group has been enhanced:

    • The message "The following payments has been remitted” was changed to "The following payment(s) have been remitted”.

    • The Send modal for this report will default the Subject value to: ACH Remittance for Payment + Payment # and the Email Address to be the Email Address of the Vendor that the Payment  # selected as the parameter to run the report was for.

  • The Equipment GP by Salesperson, Make report has been updated to take into account those records in which the TransferWONoTo value is “Null" or “0".



Issues

Vendor Search

  • The Vendor Search modal was updated due to an issue that affected searches by Mailing Address.


Purchase Order

  • The issue that was preventing users from removing serial numbers containing special characters has been solved


Equipment

  • The On Order checkbox is now automatically selected when a unit is added to a Purchase Order and will be unchecked upon receiving.

  • The missing GL Account below the Department field is not properly displayed.

  • The Equipment History was fixed due to an issue that was preventing users to not seeing all Rental Work Orders in the Rental Income box.


Invoice Change

  • An extra permission that previously controlled system access has been removed. Access and actions are now managed by a single permission under the Other group.

AR Inquiry

  • Total Amount is now printed in the Print List report located under the File menu.


Reports

  • The AP Vendor List report was fixed due to an issue displaying the Vendor Street Address. Users can now see the Vendor Mailing Address information.

  • The No Salesman group is now correctly printed at the bottom of each Sale Branch group in the Invoice Register by Salesperson report..

  • The Equipment Sold report under the Equipment group has been fixed due to an issue causing units to be printed multiple times.

  • The Controlled Account Report - Equipment Customer Owned under the Equipment group has been updated due to issues displaying units with no customer-owned setup. 

  • The PM List By Ship To report under the Services group has been updated due to several issues reported along the report.


Invoicing

  • An incorrect symbol displayed in the Additional Labor Charge prompt was fixed.

  • The error users were facing when importing labor to a work order has been resolved.

  • Flat Rate description is no longer overridden by the Repair/Code section selected by the user.

  • The issue causing an incorrect credit limit prompt has been resolved

  • A rounding issue when selling a part has been resolved.

  • The issue with incorrect logic in the Recalculate Prices prompt when reopening a quote has been resolved. Now, when users click the No button, the quote opens without recalculating prices.
