How to Create an Inspection Report

1. Settings > Administration > Inspection Setup > Click +Inspection Setup to create a new inspection checklist


2. Enter inspection name.


3. Click "Save"


4. Enter section name.


5. Enter amount of questions for the section. Click the + button to create the section.


6. Open section to enter questions. Questions must be entered before creating next section.


7. *Note: any fields that are left blank will be removed. Click Tab after entering question to Save.


8. To add another section, click inside the Section field and begin typing new section title.


9. Enter amount of questions for new section and then click the + to create the section.


10. Open the new section and begin entering questions.


11. Remember to click Tab to save the questions and any fields left blank will be removed.
